Minh Nguyen, an inaugural alumni of the OC Fellows Program, gained invaluable experience, exposure, and connections in the leadership development program.
Minh’s goal has always been to launch an enterprise dedicated to improving and innovating healthcare delivery models. The OC Fellows program has connected him with others who have similar entrepreneurial goals, interests, and aspirations.
Minh translated the lessons from the program into helping others build brighter futures. He is now integral to the program planning and selection process for future OC Fellows participants.

As the program grows, Minh has seen firsthand the importance of making connections and social capital in growing your career and learning about the dynamic landscape of the OC business community. As a future business leader in OC, Minh is currently working as a Program Manager at UCI Health and serves on the OC Fellows Advisory Board.
”I never would have made the connections I have or learned about the talent that exists in Orange County if I hadn’t joined the OC Fellows”, says Minh. “I’m proud to contribute to the growth and development of OC through my continued involvement with the program.”
