Summer Internship Program

Join LPA, the AIA 2025 Firm Award winner and a trailblazer in sustainable architecture! As an Intern, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, gain real project experience, and learn from industry leaders.

Internships include:
✔️ Mentoring from Designers, Project Engineers, Project Leaders and Directors
✔️ Weekly calls with other interns and introductions to members across our Leadership team
✔️ Participating in Embark, a 2-day workshop with other interns and new graduates to meet with leadership, tour project sites, and learn from other disciplines
✔️ Education opportunities including LPA+U and LPA Tech Talks
✔️ Opportunities to work on active projects and gain insight into working at an integrated design firm
